The staff were excellent with a special shout out to Graziel at the front desk whose customer service was 5 Star: she really helped us with our rooms and with advice on using the fitness centre after checkout for a final shower before flying out of Singapore. The included breakfast was not bad either.

The hotel is located near Clarke Quay, within walking distance. The property is very elegant and refined. The rooms are not very large, but the space is sufficient. The bathroom is quite small. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is very courteous: we were able to check in early at no extra cost. Breakfast includes continental options, so savory choices are available. The cappuccino is better than some I’ve had in Italy. The rooftop pool is absolutely wonderful.

Excellent location. Close to various shopping centres and MRT stations. Comfortable room and great rooftop pool. Good breakfast included with great coffee machines. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location was perfect being only a short walk to Clarke Quay which was brilliant for many good and bar options. The rooftop pool and spa was amazing and a perfect backdrop at nighttime. Staff were always courteous and fantastic with information even helping us out with a phone problem and an incident with a taxi driver. They went out of their way to make your stay fantastic. The MRT was just up the road along with Fort Canning and Chinatown not too far a walk away. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed 5 days and 5 nights and booked queen room and twin room on top floor for a family vacation. Staff are very kind and accomodating. Sam help us a lot when we arrived and Gracielle as well. Fantastic and very convenient stay. Highly recommended this hotel to others.
